My Story

Throughout my career, I have excelled in fostering strong, cohesive teams. I firmly believe that cultivating an inclusive environment is essential to enhancing team dynamics. A notable highlight of my experience was leading a new program team to successfully deliver a product on schedule, within budget, and technically proficient.  This experience not only honed my leadership skills but also deepened my appreciation for the diverse talents within a team.  It was the most challenging but yet rewarding time as a program manager.

We have much to learn from our previous experiences, and I would frequently revisit this period to analyze what strategies proved effective.  These techniques have been pivotal in shaping my leadership approach over the years. I employed these practices in my future roles with adjustments according to the environment. 

To establish a strong foundation, I initially focused on aligning the team’s vision with organizational goals.  There are 3 key principles that influenced my leadership success.  Communication, resilience, and trust create the momentum necessary for a team to achieve excellence. By implementing these principles consistently, teams can overcome various challenges and achieve their objectives.

This ethos is the foundation for my business, Momentum Leadership. This vision embodies my commitment to empowering individuals to unlock their organization’s potential. It’s recommended to grow leaders at all levels to deploy the executive level strategy.   Through various leadership solutions, I strive to give back to the community as well as grow our future leaders.
